I agree for almost everything you suggested but I have to say low saturation is the effect I wanted to obtain....maybe I'm the only one who likes low saturation shots!

as a fan of luminance, you must watch the noise in the solid areas, sky particularly, get a noise filter or in photoshop mask out your sky and add a 3 pixel blur to eliminate it.

The best thing is the composition. You can not demand too much like a telephone.
The lack of saturation does not bother me, the noise itself.
