My fiance owns a tattoo shop called "Sleep Hollow" located in Milford, CT. The theme of the shop is Halloween and the legend of Sleepy Hollow New York. They have this clown sitting in the corner in an old fashioned wheel chair. Gives a lot of people the creeps!
