Notes Due to the suggestions made in this forum, I tried to increase the contrast, compared to my previous posts. Let's see if I got it right.

In colonial times, there were several similar buildings in Rio de Janeiro. They were watering holes for horses and people, with water coming from hidden springs to a small stone basin. The city grew, and it remained, forgotten. One can see the Sambadrome to the right side.

I love Rio, the process highlights the color and warmth of Brazil.
I also like that it is not the traditional view, this is located in the "Rua" Frei Caneca, front of the Marechal Caetano Regiment Military Police.

I also shot the MP headquarters. :)

The regiment has a beautiful entrance,
difficult to capture the entire front, because it is very long and narrow street, in addition to the trees, maybe a vertical photo
the portico with the clock at the top.

Unfortunately, I can only post a single pic a day here, but I also shot the MP's HQ entrance (it is wonderful, all sculpted; the sargent in charge of the gate closed the in-and-out traffic for the shot) and the facade.

Do not worry, there is time to post, I prefer to post one photo per day.
