n the Goat Tying event, the contestant rides as fast as they can to where the goats are tied up. They dismount the horse and tie 3 of their legs as fast as they can. This event can be lost or won by the dismount.
This is a little tight at the top. I have not cropped this in any way. It can be difficult to get the horse and the rider all in frame, especially on the dismount
