This structure is the center piece of a park, is located on a gently sloping land,if you see the base of the structure is a little bit more smaller on the left side, this may give the impression that this tilted to the left and the point from where I made the photo is more lower because there is and inclination in this direction and may be perceived as a lens distortion.Many variants in this field.
Look to the central door (white and green) of the structure and you will see is not tilt.
