A very rainy day at the Hartlepool Maritime Museum, UK. The frigate is an 1819 original which took about 10 years to restore and actually floats in the dock. The quayside has been recreated with many 19th Century shops and offices - this is the view looking out from the Printer's office.

I find the Glass either Dirty or Gritty giving the sense of Noise in the image. Composition is Wonderful...9+
