Well friends, it's been a wild week or more... unusual internal bleeding and pain and doctors not sure what exactly was going on with 'ol Randall.... good news is I'm up and out and feeling MUCH MUCH better. Tomorrow I'm back to work and life as we know it. While recuperating, my sweet wife took me to a mountain retreat where there was no cell phone or internet distractions, and just a quiet place to take in the beautiful wilderness around us and take time to heal. We passed this 100 year old home on the way back and I stopped to take a shot. Grain is INTENTIONAL and not noise. reposted because of idiotic comments. :)

Well done! I'd get a bit closer to chimeney to add some drama to the scene. Also the B&W has a "sepia" feel that isnt doing the pic justice. Lovely pic though!

How does one get closer to the chimney?? Also, I don't see a sepia tone at all

One could walk closer? Basic photo comp. As far as sepia it has brownish tones.
