Crop in a little to a panorama proportion. Slightly open up the shadows below the clouds and increase the midrange contrast in the highlights above the clouds. Do include the rainbow. Otherwise a good light capture. ( of course, all my opinions are just the way I look at things which rarely is correct!! ).
