Ruhri this is a single photo run through photomatix pro and then adjusted in camera raw and photoshop cs4. If you would like more info on this process contact me and I explain in detail. (bpoland@optonline.net)

I also create HDR(fake or whatever) from single Jpeg. I use Photoshop and use the levels slider to create 3 or more exposures of same jpeg. Then I open the photo in photomatixs and wala!! I also use a free program for removing noise called Noiseware com
