nice night cityscape, love the colours, however, I would not put horizon in the middle of the composition and would include a bit more of cityscape on the bottom part where the light comes from, I also understand it is not easy to do when you are limited

I really like twilight sceneries, but I agree with roliketto..I think you must also try to focus on the cityscape..!imho
