It was established by the British in early twentieth century and passed to the State in 1952.
In the decade of the 90 with fever of privatization in these parts, it is dropped, the proof of this is that roads do not support more than 40 km / h.
These days it approved a law allowing the public / private investments where the rail system would benefit.
