Yes I suppose it doesn't really seem HDR. But it is. I could've gone more crazy on the foreground. It seemed to work better like this tho, so the only HDR you can really see in this is the background, which is luminiced to the max to give it a more dreamy look.
Well call it HDR or not. Its a mix of 3 pictures, some Lightroom loving and I think it works best this way ;)
