I am referring to some of the Foilage. Did not say it was Blurred, said it looked blurred or appeared to be in spots. I understand what you did with the water.

Regret I can not download the picture, to review better.
At first glance, I see a little movement in the leaves, the angle top
left but does not bother me, the rest, including the effect of water is excellent.

The water falling from the rocks looks great, the stream looks like an interesting melted resin effect.

I really like the POV and the way you handled the light as canopy heavily blocks light. To steer around personal conflict I won't vote this shot today.

I like the POV, the mood and the whole composition. But the plants do especially on the left side of the river, and for me the image is undefined and uneasy.
