I like it, great details, and very natural. Could have been a tighter crop on the right, but I tink the fence/gate on the right gives dimention to the image.

Great process, I think the composition would be better vertically, to capture all the stairs and cut the gate on the right.

I totally agree about the cut at the top.....but the last step you see is the top.....and there was just a gap of no interest.
I tried to make the best of what was available

Was going to say vertical until you explained. I would just cut the gate and concrete under it I think. But good enough for no docking of point IMO..
