This is an old oak in my house, that sick and the first storm of wind fell.
I did not get sold to a sawmill for use in carpentry and it hurts every time I put a log of oak in the fireplace.
I would have to have tied a yellow ribbon.

A lot of board feet that lies in waste. On the other hand it requires a year of air dry to let the interior moisture to come down to the 14% or less range.
