Rose taken with nikon compact camera, just experimenting to see how good close ups are with a compact, I dont think its too bad. This hasnt been sharpened, the background blur is real, its had nothing done to it except the process in photomatix. I know the reds may be a little out but for a compact camera I think its OK.

I won't vote as I'm awaiting my wife to re-calibrate my computers colors but.. it's coming up extreme fade red on my screen. But that may perhaps be my computer off that has been confirmed.

John, let me just tell you calibrated or not, THIS pic is a 10 regardless of the color. The process is phenomenal. I will call the color pink. haha
