Just after sunset and before a bad storm. I wanted to practice shooting in low light and with clouds in the background. This was maybe my 3rd HDR shot.

I know the clouds are a little grainy. Clouds are giving me the most problems with my HDR shots. They are moving in every shot so getting good detail is kind of hard too. Any tips are appreciated!

Nice.. there has been wind here for 3 weeks so I have had to abandon shots with sky (rapid cloud movement) and foilage exposed to wind for that time..?? Perhaps the more experienced can help.

Thanks for the comment John. I'm going to start trying to pay more attention to the wind. It's hard to tell some times if and how much the clouds are moving without taking at least 2 exposures. And of course in lower light like this shot the shutter is op

I've taken a lot of decent shots that have had to be rejected due to wind over the 3 wk. period. The good news is it's not costing me anything burning film. :)

Try selecting the entire sky with Photomatix and using deghosting tool. Full 9
