Mount Teide on Tenerife must be 70kms from where this shot was taken on Gran Canaria. Throughout the day it can remain barely visible through the haze and can often appear as low cloud. Only as the day draws to an end and Teide is silhouetted against the setting sun does it really display it's majestic 12,198ft. The highest point in all Spain.

Hmmm?! The horizon on the high Res image within my Lightroom catalogue is perfect. Need to find how I lost my crop settings when re-sizing for the web site. Note to self:- Check before posting! Ha ha. Thanks for comments regardless guys.

I find no fault with this one. I think the horizon "tilt" is an optical illusion
