Old Sheldon Church is located in the low country in South Carolina. These beautiful ruins are remnants from the original church twice burned during both the revolutionary war by British troops and again by federal troops during the civil war. This place is unbelievably beautiful and peaceful, surrounded by huge live oak trees and spanish moss.

I find it to be a very soft process. There should be far More Contrast considering it's a 9-Shot capture Randall.

Beautiful.. I think the extra exposures were a plus with our bright southern sun. Well done..

I did a higher contrast version using 15 exposures, but it blew out the sky too much. As well as the light on the columns

Still standing despite two wars, incredible.
The process seems HDR example of both the light and in the shadows.
Perhaps more contrast gave it enhancement.

Subject so so. However I think the brick could have popped more with process. Also highlights seem to distract.

Highlight a little bit over from my LCD.

9 exposures! Does it really often any advantage? I would have thought more chance for ghosting and loss of sharpness? Anyway, not a bad shot. I agree about the highlights and slight lack of contrast.

Very dark shadows with very bright direct sun- not an easy mix my friend.

A very difficult subject(trees, sky, sun with very bright and dark areas).9 for effort:-)
