Here are the corrected image thank you all for your feedback.
Fred thank you to you make me see that I had to move a cursor in error that the hue below saturation in lightroom, light but you got the eye!

Amazing Difference. Your Fine adjustments now make it a pleasure to view. Not a Wow, but a 9.6 for sure. Well Done.

Contradictory feeling gives me, I improve a lot to increase contrast, but the waterfall (which most highlighted in the previous) lost the shine, she stayed very gray.
I understand that if not working with layers, adjustments made to the whole picture an
