Good colors and leading lines from left to right. Some clouds to bright (upper right, some "darker exposures" needed). I think the beautiful fascade needs a closer shoot to enhance the details.

8.5.. I like the process on building. Agree Dirk close in to eliminate so much foreground and highlight building as main attraction.
