This is the television studio control room I've been working as a director in for the past few days, I've been doing television production since 1984 and these normally dark rooms are like home to me. I've directed over 20,000 hours of live television and many thousand more of taped programming, add to this the countless hours of editing and post production and you begin to see how much time you can rack up working in the dark
I love my work, and think I have the best job on the planet. I just wanted to share a little of "my other home" with all of you.

Difficult light i think. So many different light sources. You achieve a good result. Thanks for sharing a view into your second "living room" Randall.

The composition is suitable, can be seen in any dimension "their" place.
The process is seen quite constrast, the console lights do not burn.
Give us more data from the TV station
and programs, perhaps we can see on the Internet.

9.5 for me.. clean low light shot. Wood floors and plush chairs. How about concrete floor and orange crates to sit on and my Cable TV bill each month might go down..? haha
