Welcome, nice composition, would have to climb more the photo quality.

Fair at Best for Me. Too Soft or Out of Focus, plus Noise. Keep Shooting and Practicing your Processing. You can only get better.

You will improve with help from the guys(and ladies) on here.Try to use a tripod to stop blurring(even el cheapos work fine)and with HDR, Raw has the advantage.Keep up the effort :-)

Agree with Ricardo. Good choice of subject and POV. The rest is only a kind of practice. You will going better very soon i think.
