This esturctura is located on the Isabel de Tores mountain in Puerto Plata city, Dominican Republic, is about 799 meters above the sea level, to reach the top of the mountain you must go up in a cable car. The area receives an average annual rainfall of 1800 mm, climate varies from 25°C on the base to 17°C on the top.
To achieve this picture, I had to wait about 45 minutes until the area was fog free, the top of the montain is covered by clouds and fog most of the time, to take advantage of free fog time I took this picture behind the rock to avoid the people that constantly pass through the base of the structure.
