This J-Peg photo was taken By A mate of Mine "CodMac" google CodMac if you want to see some huge fish ;) ..... He asked me to see what i could do with the photo, so i changed the J-Peg to a tiff file and ran it through photomatix as a pseudo HDR :)
The Fish is a Murray Cod, one of the most sort after fresh water fish in Australia, and at this size they call the a fish of a life time, they grow to 180cm and live for about 45 years.

I do like your image very much ! I love the way the fish pops out ! If I could suggest a try, what about desaturating a little the man's face colour so that it attracts a little less the viewer's focus ? bravo for this beuatiful work (love the water's gre

I am always skeptical when someone says "they caught the big one" but have no pic to prove it... well in this case the skeptics are silenced. haha Great fish. Great pic. not sure if a punch of contrast would help or no.
