Certainly can not compare the sound quality of CDs, iPods, etc, but that background sound of vinyl, give it a special touch.
just coincided that both my current partner, like me, us to loved these discs and together our collections, on the other hand many friends they were going to discard them and went picking, so we have a variety of musical genres.
Recently a photo was titled with a verse of the song "Black Magic Woman", that song is on the album by Carlos Santana "Abraxas" which can be seen at the bottom of the record player.

The sad thing is a lot of the younger people on this site will tilt their head in confusion and wonder what this is. I still can remember listening The Jackson 5 on 45's. They had side A and side B. I wonder if that is where "The Flip Side" comes from

@ Karl: Yesss! :-) Peter Green´s Fleetwood Mac played their own (actually Peter´s) song before Carlos did. Peter Green suffered a VERY bad time! now at age he seems tob be at ease with his life now - although he had lost all his roayalties by just giving

Congrats on POTD (not sure what the Charles Aznavour record says about you....!)
wow I can't believe how good this turned out! I want to give it a 15!
Any one play these things backwards for the secret messages?
Perfecto! it's time to change for a better turntable, ha! ha!
Outstanding Post Ricardo...Favorite! I can hear Abbey Road and Black Magic Woman as I type this.
Great image! Nicely done!
One of my earliest records, way back when. Brings back sweet memories. Nicely executed
