Notes 4 shot HDR , blended using Nik Software's HDR Efex Pro.
Recovered ghosts in the clouds by layer masking original exposures with the resulting HDR tiff.
Tone mapping was mainly used for foreground
Added contrast and color treatment
These stones originally fell from the cliff behind the camera and are made of sand, and change position as the tides move in and out.

Thanks for the comments and voted :) I left out more detail behind the stones since it seemed unreal when I added more. this picture and its tones closely resembles the view I had standing there
