These tiny flies (aprox 3mm high) are super fast, had been trying unsucessfully to capture one for a long time. Got lucky and found one that was quite willing to stay put for 10 seconds,love the neon colours of this species. i think im very lucky to have caught the macro photography bug, living in Australia there are insects everywhere.
