Deghosting problem on the tree. You could take one of your EV and bruh the tree and the sky so you would not need to deghost.

Top half spoils this image, maybe the +5 is too much or perhaps your '0' was set too high (over exposing)....Could suggest you try re doing it in Photomatix without the +5 to see what you get....
