Like the sunrays and rain.
Impressive sky, but some areas to dark (full black)or to bright (full White). Better with more space at the left side with full church,imho.

The main downfall is the clouds in the top left. I might have been tempted to come down just a little to avoid them. As far as a crop on a town scene... there really isn't a perfect spot to choose. You are gonna cut off something. Just my opinion.
