Normally not upload two pictures on the day, my wish is that not voting. Both Leo and spiritofweston made a constructive contribution in my photo "Seafood Paella" on the crop. I had taken two photos, this is the second, more in line with the suggestion abovementioned. I preferred the first because I think that the composition sample the environment and takes the halo of "cookbook" I make mine the words of Mario in my first picture today: "... Who always has the lens is the one that knows what he wants to show." Maybe they can comment on what they like most without voting. thanks

Ok, my thoughts are in agreement with what is the idea of โ€‹โ€‹Mario only 50%: yes for me when it is said that those who hold the lens knows what he wants to show, not for me when not is possible to criticize his pov, his idea of โ€‹โ€‹POV. Where it would be gro

Where it would be growth without criticism and it would be too trivial to write 10 at all.

Leo ย  I found you criticize constructive Sure you can criticize the POV, I express what I think is the thought of Mario, not that you can not make suggestions, but when the photographer will capture the moment know what you want to show in the success or

... success or the error. Do not take this post as "a critique of his critique" is far from my intention, I wanted to show you POV ย  and spiritofweston suggested, was in my mind, though I opt for the first. Your contributions have always been valuable for

I was dreading seeing this Paella bis. I know very well the Paella here in Italy is well known.

Leo, The Paella is Valencian, but rice is "Carnaroli" originating Vercelli and Novara in the Piedmont region (Italy)

Phil by what I read in wikipedia gumbo can be said is the family. The real paella has poultry, pig, rabbit and seafood. A variant is the one in the photo, which only takes seafood.

Phil, if you vote 5, only half portion corresponds.

Venny, Who me visit, I receive it first with meat on the grill, typical of him here and then I can make a paella. Cost of paella in dollars: seafood = 85, rice = 10, olive oil = 8, vegetables = 8 ... total = 111 with 7 diners well served, each = 16

That's almost a mean monthly salary. I will have to work a year here just to buy a ticket to come to Uruguay to taste your food - I will visit Leo (Pandarino) it's much cheaper. He's my neighbour

Venny in Italy would be better if you get an Italian dish "Spaghetti with seafood" http://www.condipresto.it/ricette/spaghetti-allo-scoglio

There is no big difference but I prefer this one focussing on the food. Also with the sauce completing the compo.
