I think you may have some settings wrong in your camera- try backing your ISO down to 100 and shoot with a higher shutter speed.. maybe 250??? You're losing detail in the highlights and I think you can fix it!

I would shoot with a lower ISO (as mentioned), use spot metering, aperture priority and expose for the highlights. The HDR effect is overdone. See note.
