A rather plain image. A much tighter crop to emphasize the rapid would improve the image.
Entire image is far too soft IMHO.

I agree with the note and digi the pov could have been better perhaps if the sky was processed well or captures well to even begin with.
And the note about the crop is where the focus really is in terms of sharpness so it makes me wonder at what aperture you took this shot
