A hot spot for criminal activity.There is a bar and grill right next door to this with a very poor "look after your customers"reputation as far as security goes.Apparently the guards are threatened and as a result the street kids are given free reign to carry out nefarious activities.I found this guy running with a cellphone in his hand...maybe his or maybe not.With difficulty I got him to stand still while I fiddled with my camera to get just the right settings.I decided on a -1/2 exposure which secured all the highlights.He actually thanked me then ran off...
