OK Guys I am trying a new program called "Intensify" and really want honest opinions. It has a ton of presets that you can use as a starting point and you make adjustments from there.
It's kind of a modified HDR type of look. This is a single raw processed with an almost extreme high detail in the shadow area. You have the ability to really narrow down what you want to change and add effects.
I like this program and may use it from time to time just depending on my mood.

To be honest Phil I don't think its as good as your original post. It seems to be missing some of the tonal range which we expect anyway with a single file. Lots of details are missing in the shadow areas...IMHO...Worth persevering with different pr-sets.

Maybe I'm not impartial,
because
are a fan of Photomatix, overall the process is clean and clear, I think there are dark areas that lost detail.
