This is a shot of Cape Towns tourist playground with a bit of historical interest. The small grey building and blue hulled boat on your right used to belong to the prison service for registration and shipment of prisoners to the famous Robben Island Prison. The late Nelson Mandela left for his incarceration on Robben Island from this very point. It is now a museum. All the buildings you see now are relatively new or have been restored (old warehouses etc) to include shopping malls, 5 star hotels, restaurants etc.
