This is the balloon at the Symphony on the Prairie. It is tethered by a line and flies up 160 feet to so people can see over the crowd. The line IS visible and I did NOT want to clone it out since it gives context to it being a ride. So, if you feel it's "distracting" keep in mind the line is supposed to be there.
