Taken at what looks like being the very last Waddington Air-Show. My new son-in-law is a Royal Navy Pilot, so I'm slightly ashamed to admit I just had to look at Google images to find out what kind of helicopter this is. (At least I knew it was a helicopter!).
Forgive me if I don't get chance to comment today as I will be in London saying a tearful goodbye to my daughter who is spending the next five years in the US, (first 6 months in Meridian Misissippi, the remaining 4½ years in Lamour, Hanford, California) whilst her husband trains on flying F18s with the US Air Force. (I've already found an F18 on Google!).
