I liked how this was backlit. This was a difficult one to process due to the harsh lighting conditions.

I will never give a silent vote on your pics. About the rank, that is my option, you cannot suggest to give you any kind of value to it. Anyway this kind of silent vote should not be an option if it's disturbing you.

So, 10 rank i will give very rare because it should get: perfect subject composition, perfect artistic expression, to give me e perfect mood, or to be very impressive, to be technically perfect, the light and the ambient to be perfect.

Don't take it personally. We should improve our photography skills all time. I think it's not very good to throw 10 rank with the purpose after you could get 10 rank too.

I really like the back-lit aspects on the larger animal. Wondering if this would be better if this were the central theme of the photo.
