I am afraid Russian translation software is sadly lacking I just entered my phrase, and it said : Each dog wants to bone. A small amount of meat is valued. Cruel wizard will feel scared from his pet.

Although I believe "each dog wants to bone", I don't think the meaning is the same. I will stop trying to be a negotiator. My dog wants to bone my leg.
