@Graham, you forgot to see the title.I don't think it is out of focus and soft.The subject is perfect for.If I have had a D800
with 70-200vr 2.8. The picture quality would have been much better. Hwoever I don't think I could catch this amazing moment.

A good camera for capturing the moment is a nokia lumia phone. the camera has shutter speed settings of up to 1/4000 second
