Its lacking that punch to bring out those details in the buildings,in Photomatix Pro, try the Contrast Optimizer, one down from enhancer and click on the vivid preset .PhotoPro is only a starting place for HDR you need to edit it elsewhere, try some of the free ones for now. Good luck,dont give up!

Needs more Color & Contrast to make it POP. Otherwise a Clean well shot composition.

This shot has so much more that can be brought out. The sky has great clouds and color. The buildings have plenty of detail. Beautiful reflections too. Definitely contrast optimizer in Photomatix Pro or clarity in Adobe camera raw ( or many of the other programs..they work the same ),
