Jim I'm not sure where you got that info on this Caddy but I do not think this is a '67.
I searched for nearly an hour trying to locate this specific model but could not come up with it. The closest I could get was somewhere in the early to mid 50's. What keeps me from pinpointing it exactly is the rear bumper and the 9 Chrome )'s , bottom rear quarter panel on each side the car near the exhaust portlet of the rear bumper. The fins are definitely Early 50's. I'll search more later if time permits. Great Capture nonetheless. Excellent condition for restoration considering it's 70 years old. Thanks for sharing.

@digicam Hi Ed, I matched it up with a photo I found on line. I will do a little my digging myself tom make sure.

@digicam I did make a mistake on the year,it's a 1956. The 67 is the one I posted a few days ago. I have corrected the date on the post.

@kitfox , Yep, you are correct Jim.....1956. Pity they don't make cars like that anymore. Most of those old Larger cars rode a lot smoother than many of the cars of today. The Seats were way more comfortable as well. Biggest difference between cars of today and the old models were. If you get in a Major car wreck today you've got a pretty good chance of surviving due to air bags, crumple zones and other safety features but your car would be Totaled. Back then a Major Car Crash you would not have much of a shot at surviving and if you did you would wish you had died because of suffering so many injuries, but the older cars would have only had minor damage due to the heavy construction and chrome. If only we could combine the Two cars then we'd have something. LOL.
