A slightly confusing photo, but it's a bit confusing being inside the Dome. I wasn't able to take the photo with the lights symetric. Tropical Vegetation everywhere! You can clearly see an HDR effect though.

Not crazy about the composition Joe, however you are correct that the HDR between the 0EV and Final product is very visibly displayed.
