This image is a re posting of one that I took a while back in which the sky was wrong. When I last took this shot it was a sunny day(a long time ago) this time the conditions were completely different it was dark grey and raining, but I think it came out better this time. The Pied bull inn on the corner of this street is haunted by a victorian cellerman who is said to have been seen wanderiing down the road, perhaps still trying to find his way home after a busy evening all those years ago.
I love this- such an eery feel from the picture, like a horse and cart should be coming round the corner with a man in a black drape!! Brilliant
I like this much better. It is like taken from a Sherlock Holmes scene
Absolutely stunning Ron, atmosphere, color, lighting, not to mention super soft yet plenty of detail. Its my POTD
Yes far better than your other post. Contrast better, POV better, details better...Great image...
wow, this is fantastic:-)
Nice POV. You captured the atmosphere.
I'm a big Sherlock Holmes fan.. I expect Holmes and Dr. Watson to make thier entrance any moment.. Well.. well done..!!
Great 'mood' capture. Well done.
The process is very good, I get the mood of a gray, rainy day.
It's nice to have old buildings and streets to shoot. Where I live, everything is new. The highlights here look a bit too bright, and the shadows a bit too dark.
very well done...agree with bjösted....I'm staring on it and waiting, when Robert Downey Jr. will appear :)
great light on the road
Congratulations on POTD.......
Ron, congratulations on your first of several PTOD in the future.
